What Hooti+ includes
Unlimited programs and memory books, 100 questions each month and 250 MB of private media backup. Unused questions do not roll over.
On iOS, Hooti+ is an annual subscription. The purchase screen shows the exact price, taxes and terms for your country and store.
Purchase and renewal
Purchases start in the PIN-protected parent area and are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. The iOS subscription renews annually until cancelled; other stores use the period shown for the plan. Any trial terms appear on the purchase screen.
Cancel or restore
iOS: Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions → Hooti. Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions → Hooti. After cancellation, access continues until the end of the current paid period.
Deleting the app or Hooti account does not cancel the store subscription. Link your family account to Apple or Google before purchasing. On another device, sign in to the same family account and the store account used for the purchase, then restore purchases in the parent area.
Refunds and payment help
The store where you purchased the subscription handles refund requests. For Apple, use reportaproblem.apple.com; for Google Play, use the Google Play Help Centre. Hooti does not receive your card details or approve refunds on behalf of a store.
